Refund Policy

Refunds

Our policy lasts 7 days.

If 7 days have gone by since your new purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

Refunds are processed after deducting bank and payment gateway charges on pro-rata basis.

For refunds, write to info@xcesstechnologies.com with subject “Refund”

Once your refund request is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment, within 7 working days. Working Hours Monday-Friday 9:00 Hrs to 18:00 Hrs IST



Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, discounted software / license is not refunded.

A software license is generally sent on registered email within 72 working hours.
